1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kanata Computer Onsite ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

​

We provide point of sale (POS) retail and computer support services including installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Payment and Pricing

​

All prices for services will be provided in advance where possible. Payment terms will be specified at the time of service agreement. You agree to pay all fees for services rendered in a timely manner.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to provide the requested services. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your data, as we are not liable for data loss.

​

Laptops, computers, or other consumer electronics left at Kanata Computer Onsite and not claimed or picked up within 30 days may become the property of Kanata Computer Onsite. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner and arrange pickup or other suitable arrangements before the 30-day deadline. If the owner fails to respond, make arrangements, or pick up the item within the 30-day period, Kanata Computer Onsite reserves the right to take ownership of and dispose of or otherwise use the unclaimed item.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanata Computer Onsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All content and materials provided on our website and during service delivery are the property of Kanata Computer Onsite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

​

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
